Houston's 10 Hottest Restaurants
By Marcy de Luna
We’re excited to highlight 10 of Houston’s hottest new restaurants, all on the dining scene six months or less. In no particular order, here’s where we’re eating this summer.
Why It’s Hot: The menu at the low-key Andes Cafe features affordable, authentic South American fare.
Must-Order: While chef David Guerrero is typically known for his ceviche, we favor the Pabellon Criollo ($13) made with rice, stewed shredded beef, black beans and fried plantains.
Insider Tip: BYOB with no corking fee.
